I have a cartridge measure but I enjoy no idea how to use it to test each room. Say for instance, I want to enjoy my kitchen floor replaced with tile. The first piece I need to know is how much tile I requirement. How can I even estimate if I don't know how to measure the nouns? Is there any nature of device I can buy that will automatically calculate it for me?
You can do this! The device you need is between your ears.
Measure how long the floor is.
Measure how general the floor is.
Multiply the length times the width.
The answer is the nouns.
Not so tough, eh?
widthxlength
10x10=100 square foot
Measure from wall to wall within each direction (length and width) and multiply the two numbers. That is the nouns of that room
simple
length times width is square footage
near is a tool on a wheel that you can roll around edge of room and it calculates it for you but i meditate it would be way more expensive than of late doing simple math it is used by flooring co. when you call them for estimate
Answers: length x length
measure the depth of the room up to the next foot( if room is 10 ft 6 surrounded by it will be 11 ft.Measure the length the same process.Then just multiply the two measurements.
breadth 10 ft 6 in=11ft
lenght 9 ft 8 in=10 ft
11 x 10 =110 sq. ft
This is not the true sq footage of the room but you will need to determine like this to acquire enough tile to do the room properly.
