theyre bitchin setups if you get someone that knows what they are doing. if you are getting someone to do a * job on them forget it. Also nearby is these "click" type hardwood floors on the market where you can effortlessly deck out a whole room with simply a sledge hammer and block of wood and simple cutting without any other work. They are nice and low mainatance but if you bring the real stuff it will look nicer and if it is sanded down and refinished by a pro it will concluding you years to come and help you. They are a ** more expensive, harder to maintain, and squeak after a while if a partially assed job was done.
