ok since we moved into this house 7 years ago my mom has be promised a greenhouse from my dad and over the years he has forgotten and my mom requirements 1 more than ever so im gonna build her 1. the construction im using is simple ill use 2x4s (its going to be 6x8 feet) every 2 foot ill drop a 2x4 contained by place they will be burried 18- 24 inches deep depending if the spot i am using have soil or clay(i live in texas) on the walla i plan to use this sticky stuff from the home depot they are sold contained by rolls of 24 inchesx 100 feet its made of plastic it will not only stick i will use staples from a staple gun i will do this to the incide and outside so theres a wall of warmth bieng trapped inside incase of a cloudy light of day (also going to be a solar greenhouse)will this greenhouse support plant life here within texas its 10 degrees to 107 degree
Answers: you need a concrete slab or footer and blockwork...you cant a short time ago bury 2x4's...better get some lend a hand on this one...
Consider using treated post and grout them with readimix for stability.
Also consider 4X4 on the corners.
Depending on the plants you are planning to grow, you may requirement some thermostat controlled ventilation fan on hot sunny days.
