My grandmother has a thorny time getting in and out of the hip bath by herself. I've heard of a unusual style tub that you just walkin to it, sit on a molded bench, shut the door and tub.
Has anyone seen or used such a tub?

Certainly as advertised, they nouns ideal, even for someone Mobile. I'm suspect not of the hot tub effects, or any of the plumbing, and the molded units are substantial, surrounded by my investigations. What bothers me more is the SEALING quality at that undemanding to close and latch door.
I want to assume, it's similar to a refrigerator, though I never tried to fill mine beside water. Certainly the trademark would need as much continuation and checking, as might any other components, and be subject to deterioration, degrading, replacement as might a Hyperbaric chamber, sealing device.
Not at adjectives related, but I suspect it may be why Micro wave ovens don't allow passage the door, mid cycle to poke the baked potato with a fork.
For an elderly entity, even one used to a good SOAK, I'd probably progress with a similar size Shower section, that one can add a bench to, and an extension device allowing a paw held, sit down shower.

BTW, and again, no offense, I'd be a bit upset in the downstairs living room, watching the Super Bowl, on my tentative LCD wall mounted TV, having Gramma, the tub, and the ceiling, fall over on me.
