if i hold just a toilet and self-absorption, what are all the broad dimensions of a fda approved bathroom?

ex. door size? / opening?
conceit size?/height?
is there in no doubt measurements for the rails to hang up onto?
and for the sink on the vanity, is it supposed to be special for the fda code requirements?
