I've seen garages fully furnished near paintings, couch, and a mini kitchen and flowers in recent times like a living room. I'm discussion about lavish, though, not cheesy.
My Q is is this safe--meaning do rats, or spiders come surrounded by a garage still even though the walls are painted, the roof is covered, and all that? Just wondering because isn't a garage still a garage? Your thoughts, please.

Rats and spiders make thier approach into houses too..no matter how economically built..If the garage is properly converted..It will have matching chances as any house/..

Can I do exterior electric wiring myself?
A good point garage door will keep out MOST of the crawly critters -- but they can capture into ANY part of the house eventually. I would be more concerned more or less moisture, as the ventilation system is uncommonly connected to the garage.

However, a flimsy door, or one that doesn't fit tightly, will let within bugs, drafts, etc.

Answers:    if you paint the garage bright white, next the mice and spiders won't come in. they don't resembling the brightness. we did it and it works!
