Ok, so I am planning to turn my moms garage into a bedroom. I didn't think it be bad at first. It's HUGE. About 20X20, conceivably a little bigger.

The problems:
The floor leak, standing water outside, puddlies up iniside. How can I fix that cheap? Epoxy?

There is spray-on insilation(sorry) on the walls, and I want to put up drywall. Is this possible, because the walls are metal.

They garage, be used, just what it's made for, for MANY years. It smells approaching gasoline, and ...just cars haha. How can I return with the smell out? I used bleach, it worked a bit.
Should I just coat the floor?

Help!!!!
you are going to spend allot on this project and will have allot of problems near mold in the room you will hold to create a barrier on the sympathetic wall to stop the water form coming into the room and will hold to use what is called sleepers on the floor this is done by lay 2/4 flat on the floor then nail them down then you own to make sure that it is leveled witch will be a central headache and you can do the same item on the walls but using slats instead of 2/4 you know slates like lower than your bed and to insulate you use blue board its pretty cheep and easy to work near now as soon as you hold stopped all dampen from coming into the area you call for to treat the area be the wall and the floor join a honourable cheep solution is for a swimming pool the in ground block pools and you want to by a dehumidifier or you can just hold charcoals in an amenable container in your closet this will engage some moisture

I suggest digging some drainage ditches going from garage out or have dirt work done and enjoy them slope a little adjectives around the garage. You can put up drywall if you put up studs first like 2x4's, you will probably enjoy to screw them in and use the right length not to budge all the agency through outside wall. Then nail the drywall to the studs. They are the 2x4's running up and down more or less 3 ft. apart. You will also need rafter the same means of access., you are going to need minister to.

Go to a good hardware and ask roughly the floor. When it is sealed and fixed, later you can put down carpet or tile, anything. Ask a mechanic how to rid the gasoline smell, or the hardware.;these things are done everyday;;;;;;;;
Answers:    I presume to do it properly you'll have to spend more money than you assume. In my opinion you should frame the walls near 2x4's and insulate them. But, I think that previously you do that, you should do something with the floor- ie, bring it up bad the concrete, add some plywood subfloor, etc. You might construe about constructing the floor similar to a framed wall and tallying insulation under the floor too. I guess coating the floor first is a good view to stop any odd smells from seep up. To fix that leak you're going to hold to find where it's coming from and trademark it up.
