Electric shock from bathroom? When I turn on the tap contained by the bathroom I get...

When I turn on the tap contained by the bathroom I get an electric shock. Also, I notice if I touch the taps I seize an electric shock. My partner said when he was within the shower and he touched one of the tiles he got an electric shock. What could be cause this and how dangerous is it. PS We solely just realised today and it's too slowly to call someone out tonight.
