Does anyone have some simple instructions for the no-sew fleece blankets? I've received a couple as gifts and love them, and would approaching to make one for a friend for her birthday, but don't want to own to worry nearly patterns and adjectives that. I've looked at some previous answers on this subject, some seem pretty simple, but others receive kind of over-elaborate. The simplier the better.. thanks!

Easy: cut border ends evenly to resemble fringe, next tie small knots at stub of fringe to prevent ravling during wash.

Try the website above. When I made my Dad's blanket I made it with 3 yard so that it would be long enough so that he could cover up his foot and his whole upperbody. He is 6ft and 2 yard doesn't really cut it for him b/c 6 inches go into the ties.

Answers:    Get two of your favorite fleece prints (one for the top and one for the bottom). Cut them so that they are indistinguishable size. Pin them together and begin to cut more or less 3 inches into the fabric. Now, tie them together making a twist. You will be left beside a little tassle.

Does this kind sense? You want to cut from the edge of the stuff toward the middle so you get strings to tie beside....
