What you can do is rob a piece of wood and cut to the required length. you will need to attatch a cuff to both ends or you could use some heavy duty nylon string. afterwards you put some hooks in the ceiling above the table so you can swing your lighting rack. ok so you have your wood, adjectives you need next is 2 ordinary household table lamp. dismantle the lamps so you can attatch them to your piece of wood, drill holes surrounded by the wood so you can trail the wires out of the way. I would recommend using 2 lamp so you will be able to desk light the whole of the table. You will probably necessitate to extend the wiring for the lights so you can plug them within.
Yes make the foot out of plastic you know where you put the ball. Just like a typical pool table make the circumference wood. The legs as wood get some network and put the underneath the edge near a hole in so the ball can slip in immaculately. You will have to buy your own pool ball o else the wont work.
