Do you infer a vinyl hot tub cover can be painted? What mode of paint?
Answers: I would think that the latest Krylon paints for plastics would be about the individual type of paint I would even try on a vinyl hot tub cover. And then, I would with the sole purpose paint the top side and perhaps the insulating flaps that cover the sides. Since Krylon works on plastics which are petroleum base as is vinyl, it should stick.
im not sure, but im going with no. the hot river i think would outer layer it off. my pool is vinyl and i cant see painting it, permit alone in hot river. so no, i dont think you can
