Desk too short for chair/legs? My new desk is too short - I stipulation to prop it...

My new desk is too short - I stipulation to prop it up - the legs are two parallel metal bars that sit on the floor from front to put a bet on on both sides...not the typical 4 distinct legs...so the plastic riser things from Ikea wouldn't work. Also have the desk on carpeting to some extent than hardwood floor so makes it trickier to tilt up something stably. Would love a hint on products or cheap-o DIY solutions
Answers:    Depending on how much you involve to go up, you can purchase some metal adjustable table/chair foot at your home center. Drill a hole at all corners, slide the threaded wrap up in and set your adjustment using extra nuts and washers to lock it onto the rail.
