I have a toilet where on earth the seat is cracked and here is the problem; one of the bolts is stuck surrounded by the toilet (it turns but doesn't come out and will drop all the path flush with the toilet so it isn't threading through anything). There are no holes on the underside of the toilet for the bolts to come out so no nuts. How do I achieve this off? How do I capture a new toilet form on??? Also I cannot find the manufacturers identify. Help
its a brand made long ago call the "Sqautters Stool" so squat away and have fun beside that one.
It is a difficult one, I would articulate maybe you could drill sensibly down into the pan the stoneware will need to be drilled slowly and particularly letting the dril do the work.
Drilling into the toilet is no easy odd job, if you use a masonry bit you might be able to cause a small hole and fit a through bolt.
From what you describe I would say that in attendance is some sort of shreaded bar or lug inside the original fitings.
I would read out fit a new toilet.
The bolts recurrently rust well as urine is greatly acidic, shifting a toilet seat regularly involves hacksawing the ancient bolts off. Stainless steel bolts are the best, or nylon-plastic.
Answers: If this is a one piece toilet, the bolts may possibly be accessed from underneath the rim inside the bowl. I think Kohler have at least one model that be that way. There are bushings within the hole for the bolts.
You might try this site, the advice is impressively good.
