Sad to say, but yes. Many inhabitants use products & return them for refunds or exchanges. The saddest certainty is that these items are often put fund on the shelf & resold to an unsuspecting customer who must then return to the store to complain more or less the damaged product they purchased. A fitting cashier will clear the product to see if it has be used. There aren't many obedient cashiers left within the retail world in this hours of daylight & age. If you have a delivery, you have a better hit and miss of returning the product. Be HONEST. Just tell them it (the product) did not achieve as you had expected it to.
