Can I use a ordinary sander to remove some paint from my outdoor cement porch floor?
Answers: A belt sander works pretty well with coarse or emery serious newspaper
You can try, but I don't think it will work very resourcefully. Might as well try a power washer on it, but since concrete is porous, it will probably only remove some/most of the paint. The merely other way is to use a bushing hammer on it to break stale the top layer of concrete. Cathy, heres what i would do:
1. sand
2. paint remover
3. paint scraper, I have a rock in paint scrapers
4. torch
5. chipper
One of these methods will surely work.
