Can I use a 9.6 volt drill to drill through wood studs? I just get a cordless 9.6v drill today to hang mt flat...

I just get a cordless 9.6v drill today to hang mt flat peak televisions. Will this drill be powerfull satisfactory?

It should be if it is fully charged and you hold sharp drill bit. Make sure you know where the studs are so you don't drill into an electrical cable or a wet line.

If the drill stops and seem run-down recharge it and then verbs. Usually those are about 1/4 or 3/8 inch holes so that sounds doable near that kind of drill.

If it's not too past due take it spinal column and exchange it for a real drill. For cordless drills you requirement at least 14.4V to do much of anything and 18 V is really the best. If it's a tool you will be using remarkably much get something that will end like Dewalt, Ridgid, Milwaukee. If it's of late for occasional use you can get by beside a Ryobi or Black and Decker.
