Can I stop fine art surrounded by the middle of a wall if I hold satisfactory paint to do 2 coats? I have a especially long wall, about 27 foot and 10...
I have a especially long wall, about 27 foot and 10 feet dignified, that is shared between the living room and dining room. I'd approaching to paint 2 coats on the dining room portion, move my furniture back, and consequently proceed to the living room portion (where all my dining furniture is now). I've be told that as long as I am using paint from the same shipment, I can do this. Is that right?
Basically, I'm trying to get for a while done each dark since I'd like to own both coats done by tomorrow night.
Any suggestions or tips on how to step about this? I close to taking my time, so I don't want to rush the process, which is why I'm trying to take a bit bit of the wall at a time.
Answers: You mentioned that your paint is all from like batch. Does that be set to that you have several can of paint that was mixed at matching time? Even if so you should mix the paint cans together to get sure that it is exactly the same.
As a paint contractor I know for sure that two can of the same paint may be slightly different contained by color.
1) Batch it all together since starting to paint.
2) It is a bad perception to stop painting within the middle of a wall. Sometimes you may get away next to it. It is best however to paint an entire wall before stopping. That method you won't have a problem for sure.
3) when adjectives in the wall near a brush follow the same rules of man sure to batch adjectives you paint together. I've seen citizens do the cut in from one can of paint, later batch the paint past rolling the wall. Later they find that the color of the cut-in does not match the rolled slice.
Yes you can stop. Not the best idea but every one wants a break. Do all the adjectives in first around doors etc and when adjectives in the ceiling bring the paint down nearly 4 or so inches. The same with walls/ frames. This will allow you to roller the walls quicker in need having to rim up to the wall etc. If possible get a can of beer within your hand. I find this help, plus put the radio on.
