I'm getting my floors redid, and I know in attendance will be some sawing needed..
I'm buying a Kobalt Keyhole Saw..

Will this saw be good ample to saw the laminate flooring?
Answers:    No, this will be utterly useless. You need any a circular saw or a jigsaw (power tools, not hand saws) Laminate flooring is to some extent hard and you will eradicate yourself with a foot saw of any type, but a keyhole saw is totally the wrong thing to use. You will requirement a sawblade with fine teeth to procure a clean cut. Laminate flooring tend to dull the blade after considerable usage, so if this happens surrounded by a power tool imagine what will appear to your arms if you try to cut it using a hand saw, plus you will never know how to get a straight, verbs cut by hand.
Not really, as it's mark suggests it is primarily designed to cut holes. Personally I would rent a12" miter saw.
