plain black

it would want to be a heat proof paint

Answers:    vici, if you are really really set on changeing the look, an epoxy paint would wear best but could I suggest perhaps putting tile surrounded by instead? None the less I have an idea that it a shame to cover marble with anything. Happy New Year !!
