Can I build a rink beside out borders? How is the easiest opening to construct one? ...
Answers: If you plan to use this rink all season it is best to own borders.
The easiest way to build a rink explicitly going to stay good for the winter is to border it surrounded by 2 x 4 boards. If possible lay down a large sheet of plastic first. Then cover near a layer of hose and let it freeze. Repeat tallying layers of sea until you have it a couple of inches gelatinous. Then as needed to make fitting smooth ice, attach a layer of hose down and let freeze obedient before using it.
Can you nick up a BERM (sp) around the perimeter; to backing DAM water you join?
Certainly you might be able; your route; but the perimeters; if you can get it adjectives to freeze rapidly; might still be depressed; as subject to river runoff.
I might just look for a Pond; but this is one root I left the Northern US. smile.
Is this to be regulation? WOW! In any casing as answer two also states; a border would be a benefit; albeit; may take a considerable number of 2 x 4's.
