Can anyone facilitate me find out whats wrong beside my important heat? pretty please.? my pilot light is on but my boiler is not firing up....
my pilot light is on but my boiler is not firing up. I dont know much something like heating/pluming stuff- but i dont think its a combi boiler. On the boiler downstairs it say Baxi and then have wm511 rs and G.C.No.41 077 08, i dont know if this helps at adjectives but i asume thats the make and model. its prehistoric but was serviced in the order of 2 months ago and it was fine. Upstairs contained by my airing cupboard there is a honeywell heat, timing, water thingy. Does anyone know what could be wrong beside it? any advise on what i could do or try would be great thank you x
Answers: that boiler is nearly an antique, check the thermostat dial on the wall if you enjoy one.if there is a guiltiness,it could be one of many things.christen back the corgi reg scheme, and think almost a new boiler.
it does not hold a reset button.
SOunds simple but is the room too hot for the thermostat temperature so it is not coming on? Turn up the termperature on the thermostat and see if the boiler fires up.
Secondly if it is a wireless thermostat it could be explicitly not sending a signal. Depends on the age of the boiler!
