I have a large reservoir. It is heavy plate tank from an 80 gallon nouns compressor. I'm wanting to convert it into a large upright gas smoker. I am wanting to set it up so I can install chain grates every three inches for items such as pork chops and ribs then remove grates for larger items. I need to know of a supplier that sell round grill grates by diameter. Replacement Weber grill grates is all I've found so far doing google searches. I'm looking for a company that sell a selection of sizes. I've just purchased the reservoir and havn't touched it with the plasma cutter yet to know the inside diameter of the container.

Answers:    If you have a plasma cutter, why don't you merely buy a sheet of expanded metal and cut the grates yourself. (A lot less expensive than buying pre made ones)

Since this won't be over direct heat, use a clad thickness of stainless steel.
