Answers:    A solar battery-operated is normally a thoughtful cycle battery. They could be Wet Cell Lead Acid or GEL or AGM. So it would depend on what type you are interested within.

I really think it would be cheaper to spend the money (maybe 80 dollars) and seize a new one later try to make one. However you can buy what would be call a blank and get some lead plates and acid. But it will not preform exceptionally well human being you would need carrying out tests just to know how gooey the plates should be and how far apart and on and on.

I guess it's one of them things that you have to be married and bored to want to do.

If you own a few million to spare, then you could construct your own semiconductor foundry set up to variety the silicon chips used in solar cell. Don't have that variety of money to spare, then you want to buy the panels already made. You'll have need of a frame to hold them, and you might want it to track the sun through the day, so explicitly added hardware for the frame as well as supports, and motors set up to move the panel so that maximum exposure to the sun is as possible as it can be. You also need a charge controller so that the panel do not over charge the batteries, and finally, a properly sized freestyle bank for zest storage for the time when sunlight is not available. By the way, nearby is no known point as a "solar battery".
