Bark Remover? I have some small trees I would like to net staffs out...

I have some small trees I would like to net staffs out of, but they have dried and the bark is severely hard to get bad. I don't want to use the draw knife. Is there an electric yelp remover out there? I have hear of them but I'm not sure what they're called or where to obtain them. Thank you

Answers:    there probly is a bark remover some place out within but im not sure were.

what I would do is soak the trees in hose down this should help get the yelp off.
