My neighbors have a horrible back patio. Now I'm sure that all of you have see shows where the owners don't have to distribute any money it's all done for free. So I would like to know how I can nominate them to own there backyard transformed. The backyard is humongus. It would be very nice for them to know how to have things like cookouts and getogethers for the 4th of July and Spring Break. The most points to the one who can tender me the best answer.

Answers:    HGTV and TLC are the two networks I'm aware of that might offer something similar to this. Often, by the time a show makes it to nouns, they might not be casting for it anymore.
