it doesn't say anything on the plate, and idk something like the package cuz i threw that out. Its not close to.. paper, it feel like cardboard . idk it might be rag that has a rough surface.
and should i recycle it if it still have a little food on it?
Answers: Most serious newspaper plates will recycle just fine, but you should try to rake up off doesn`t matter what food products are on it that you can. Alternatively, you can also put them in your compost pile/bin - it will freshly take a bit longer to dissolve away.
If you do not want to bother cleaning them, you can other put them in the trash. They will waste away in the landfill as capably.
