300 lbs of concrete is not tremendously much so its not really going to take long to dry.depends what your going to use it for.are u building lying on it?.is it for footing for blocks? next time most of the time is fine.if u can wait longer later it's better.concrete is always harden for years

Depends on what you anticipate by "dry".
Concrete 'sets' by a chemical reaction i.e.
mostly independent of it's mass, (until you get
to a LOT more than 300#).
It get fairly concrete in two days, but doesn't get
full strength for about 2 weeks.
Just how much stress do you propose to put
on this pour?
Answers:    I come to educate.

Concrete does not "DRY", it cures, it is an actual chemical sensitivity.

With your conditions it should be fully cured in 3-4 days, as long as evening temps do not freeze, and it be of the proper consistency, not with too much marine like most associates mix concrete, a "dryer" mix will cure faster, and to a much higher crush strength.

Out of curiosity, what will it be used for?
