For you conceivably two to four days
In some weigh it might depend on how it was installed, and whether or not you enjoy a notion to save/recycle the material.
Even for a DIY an 8 hour daytime or less, isn't a stretch.
Tools, again might depend on the intallation, and the notion of positive or trashing.
A hammer and "Wonder Bar", might be adjectives you need. If it be glued or screwed after the obvious other choices might be a cordless tool, and/or a floor scraper.

Answers: You say hardwood floor so I'm assuming it's a solid wood floor. A sledge hammer and pry bar should be adjectives you need but a longer crowbar can back. If you have a circular saw you can set the blade to the depth of the wood and trademark saw cuts across the boards at 1 to 2 foot intervals. This will make it much easier to carry the wood up and to put the trash in can. Pry from the tongue side of the wood where the nail are.
If it's a glue down floor over concrete the method is necessarily the same but it take a lot more work next the concrete need to be scraped verbs.
You should be able to slit up a nailed floor contained by one day, the gum down floor would take two or more.
I would allow about a morning if things go okay. Hardwood floors demo very assured usually but taking all the nail out will take some time.
