Adding a Lock to My Cabinet? I have this little cabinet that I am going to use at...

I have this little cabinet that I am going to use at college to put my tv on and to put my game systems surrounded by, but i want to add a lock to the part on the bottom to hang on to my stuff safe.

There are 2 doors that open and close contained by the middle. You push them to open and shut them with magnets, in attendance are no handles. The doors are pretty thin, but gelatinous enough for a good lock. Does anyone know what nice of lock I should get or any good locks that would work?
Answers:    A devout hardware store should have cabinet locks. A lock for a city type mailbox would work. Both are cylinder locks, where you drill a hole through the door. One door will entail to be secured with a bolt latch, from inside, while the other door is still open. The cylinder lock will in safe hands the doors together.
You can get small locks that are drilled through the cabinet around the center area, or one that will lock above to the top, on respectively door. They have a small turning metal tab.that will grab the converse door or into the top frame of the cabinet. They will not keep out a burglar, but will keep out your usual intrusive roommate. Order them from Van Dykes Restorers Catalog, or Google cabinet locks. Just be careful where you stow the second key! A good hasp and padlock would work. Don't affix the hasp to the doors with wood screws- buy flat head stove bolts and rear them up with the largest washers that will fit. It won't be pretty, but it will be as secure as possible for watered-down wood doors.

Or, better yet, buy a steel cabinet.
