I lived in California. I replaced the window of my house with unsullied double-pane window end September. I made the purchased through HomeDepot who contracted out the installation to 3rd party contractor. My skylight installation overall went ably. However, there are 3 window having problem next to trim poping up. I noticed the problem the date of the installation. The installer said he will put a make a note of in the approval paper and yak to their office and find back to me. They never get back to me and stopped answering send for. HomeDepot discontinued the installation relationship with this contractor then (nothing to do with my case). I took the photo of problems and go back to HomeDepot to ask the guy sold me the window. I was passed to install department. A boss said he needs to instruct new trim first. Once it arrives, he will confer me a call. So far, here is still no one calling me. When I call him, he won't give anything specific. Please direction what should I do to have my problem fixed.

I would hire a obedient contractor and spend the money its gonna require to fix these problems (and I'm reasonably trustworthy there are others), after try to get remuneration from any Home Depot or the installer (depending on with whom you signed the contract).

I did it and got call from a Corp Rep and they took care everything didn't hold to pay a dime. i even have a guy come out and inspect it before and after the work was done.
