Yup, my neighbour has the most annoying windchimes that are massive! He is just ever home and I have not here kind resume for him but tends to totally cold-shoulder them. His backyard is where they are swinging close to no tomorrow and it feels similar to I have the icecream truck out side my bedroom glass 24?7...... All day and hours of darkness where I can't sleep.
