Will my cracked wall trim stale again after drawing & putting? hi, i have tried to grate the cracks on my house walls...

hi, i have tried to grate the cracks on my house walls and cover it with putty and paint. However, the crackes appeared after some days. Now i want to scuff it again and do some hand drawing or textures on it next to dark colours. but i am anxious that the cracks might appear again? anyone here has a solution??
