Answers: If this to-be-bedroom is in a ordinary location, where a bedroom would be, I presume it will be fine. But if it is off of the kitchen and in that is no hallway to obtain to it, this may be a little funky when you are trying to deal in your home. I don't think have a dining room is necessarily a big plus, since you have an put away in kitchen already. You shouldn't lose any convenience in your home. Can you fit a table and six chairs contained by your kitchen or is it just a breakfast fishing rod type area? Yeah, on the market abundant people will look for a dining room as an chomp through in kitchen alone is not appealing plenty, no matter how inviting...if the underground room bedroom will eventually be vacated after it makes no sense..I would invest contained by finishing off the subterranean vault with a room that can multitask as a house room/extra bedroom at a later date if there's a heat body currently in inevitability of it..with a small bathroom subsequent to it.good luck
