Why won't my blinds close? 105" wide Horizontal blinds, won't close. Have checked the cords that run...

105" wide Horizontal blinds, won't close. Have checked the cords that run across the header and adjectives seem to look middle-of-the-road. Still when I pull on the cords as a set, nought will budge as it should. Then if I pull on the cords individually and beside great force, I get some movement up or down, but not a smooth act from top to bottom. Any input will be appreciated.

Answers:    follow the cord all the instrument around, usually there's a snag or two somewhere from the pulley to a mispositioned hook

check the cords in the top. one may be snagging on something when you try to lift and lower them. If that doesn't work, take them posterior to the store.
