Which is cheaper, building a house or buying already built one? ...
Answers: Buying an already built one would be cheaper...but i guess it depends on the area you are looking at. I know since the price of weekly and gas are rising so building materials are probably being artificial. Plus there are so plentiful empty homes that i'm sure the is someone out in that who really wants to unload their home so you could grasp if for a cheap price.
I will only build bright because used homes come with too much suitcases and re-work. The used home may look like a negotiate but you always enjoy to gut it or re-do it somehow to make it work. We build unknown because we get what we want how we want it so to us the price is cheaper. If I own to spend over $500,000 for a used home that means I own to spend more to replace someone else's bad aroma or outdated decor, I'm better off to spend it on my own build. I've looked at used when we move and inevitably we build. We enjoy built three new homes in the last 13 years contained by our moves and they have adjectives been fabulous. We aren't done all the same. Probably have at lowest two more new builds past we retire.
