Answers:    If you are talking cooking...I abhor gas. I have cooked on Jennair and a fancy 5 burner Sears. You can't procure a good fry or sear on gas unless you use a big older iron fry pan. I spent a few days cooking on a earthenware flat surface cook top. Man I wish i have one...easier to clean than electric coils. But I vote electric.
