After I have the framing done on my underground room walls, is it easier to run the electrical wire first (drill holes, run wires), later put the insulation OVER the wire (hide it at the back the insulation), or is it best to insulate, then run thge wires, over the top?

When I'm done, at hand will be sheetrock over it all

Answers:    you requirement to do your wiring first , you really obligation a electric inspection before you insulate a run drywall , you will never be capable of resell without it and if you hold a problem , fire etc. your insurance probably won,t cover. as for insulating go over the wires vapor barrage facing the living space . there is an inspection for that as okay. trust me ,check with the local inspectors organization in your nouns, its not worth the grief.
