I'm trying to make my own candles, and I want to buy wax to clear them. Does anyone know where to buy wax to clear candles? I want to go into a store and buy it instead of order over the internet. Does anyone know of any stores that sells wax to trade name candles? I would appreciate any help.

We own two beekeeper's honey stands alternating on our farmer's market who also put on the market beeswax and candles.
Until then I did not even know we have beekeepers in our neighborhood.
If to be precise not available for you, maybe achieve info (yellow pages/ google) if there is a beekeeper surrounded by your neighborhood. Chances are, you also get a tour for honey and beeswax productionˇ

I buy beeswax in chunks from a local beekeeper. I use 3 chunks + 6 drops linseed grease mixed together and melted as an excellent restorative homemade furniture polish. Check online for a local beekeeper or ask around.in good health worth the effort. :))
