Where to buy a stair banister? i bought a home that has no banister on the steps surrounded...

i bought a home that has no banister on the steps surrounded by my house. i live in PA within the USA and was wondering where on earth i can purchase a banister? i didnt see any at my local lowes or home depot.
Re-decorating my bedroom?
Answers:    You may be able to procure a carpenter to make one for you. Do you enjoy everything except the banister (railing that you hold on to). Do you have the pieces that dance from the steps up to where the banister should be? Just wondering.
I hope you can bring back that done soon. It may help keep hold of you from falling some times.
Creative solutions for my small room?
Lowes and Home Depot should have them. They may very soon be a special order item, but I know my Lowes have them as recently as second year. You might check their websites.
