Where can I find some nice designs for a small backyard? I just bought a new house and the patio is fairly small....

I just bought a new house and the patio is fairly small. Nothing has be done in the back since it's a up to date house...it's all dirt. I know I'd like a yard and grass (I have a dog and she needs her grass!) and I'm trying to obtain ideas for designs. Any help would be appreciated.
