Answers:    make it yourself for 3-8$, buy or salvage clock parts, here is a site to buy different parts, or go to goodwill and dismantle a clock.

very soon the clock face looks markedly similar to a plastic mixing pallete found in an art store.
drill a hole surrounded by the middle, and then put the parts together, bonding agent on sometype of hook to hang on the wall beside.
