Answers: It would be REEEEEEALLY easy to paint that egotism black.
1. Lightly sand the veneer (do not sand THROUGH it!) and use a tack cloth to remove all of the dust on the surface.
2. Apply at least two coats of primer (like Kilz), waiting at tiniest 24 hours between coats. If the veneer exhibits a lil' too much grain after the Kilz coats, lightly sand and use the tack cloth again.
3. Paint the primered self-absorption. Likely you'll need at least two coats and possibly a third coat for dark colors, like black. ;-) Let respectively coat dry at least 12 hours before applying a subsequent coat of paint.
4. Seal the surface w/ at most minuscule two coats of varnish... you can use a super high-gloss varnish, or a matte varnish, or one of several other in-between "sheen" surfaces.

You could purchase the one from PB Teen and paint it black yourself. If you can't in actual fact find a vanity, a desk with similar lines will work a short time ago as well -- paint it black and add a mirror.
