Where can I catch an oversized houseplant? I am looking for a houseplant - a ficus tree for example...

I am looking for a houseplant - a ficus tree for example - that is very soaring for a room with a high ceiling. Is in that a mail order pattern site anyone knows about? I want one i.e. maybe 1o feet high-ceilinged.

Answers:    I got my ficus at a local garden center. Even Lowes or Home Depot carries larger house plants. Tree farm, nurseries, garden centers and some retail stores carry house plants. Research the ficus tree well up to that time you buy one. They are great plants, but are temperamental. You may think you are bloodbath it when you really aren't. They drop their leaves if they are mad at you - they tend to get cracked for numerous reasons. Though if you know what they like - they are an unproblematic plant to care for. The rubber plant is also another good one and I love the octopus plant too!
What should I do near my room?
progress to your local nursery or tree farm, and if they dont have it contained by stock, they can likely locate one for you.
Also, try Ebay... sometimes they have great plants.. but be aware some states you cant ship live plants because of bugs, and shipping will cost a TON if the plant is of a infallible size because of its weight.
