Answers: These are hibiscus flowers.
Probably a wallpaper store will have some beside hibiscus and you can cut them out - or if you go to a craft or arts supply store I'm sure tehy'll enjoy some stencilling kits next to hibiscus that you can use instead or can advise you on how to brand your own using photographs of the flower that you like.
Try eBay -- they hold everything there!
