Answers: place a drop of water on the floor contained by the most worn spots. If the water engage immediatly refinish, If it takes time you hold a slight finish left if puddles wipe it up and hang on to living. Also if you have so frequent scratches on the floor that it is an eye sore than perceive the scratches and rub them. If it seem to come out when you rub, then simply buff and recoat, if the scratches are open then you enjoy to refinish.
