Answers: 1) You enjoy to make sure the cassette is tight. This works pretty well.
2) They hold pads next to little wheels that roll along the top of the wall. These work ok, but are a backache when you have that *one* spot that the wipe thing can't catch.
3) I'm painting my house right presently, and for this time, I bought a $15 brush and am doing it like the pros -- no cartridge or special equipment, just my eyes and a steady mitt. The expensive brush makes *a lot* of difference, and so far it's worked out resourcefully. It does take more work, though.
