green is the best choice.. ^_^ For me a street light to medium blue

I would say maybe a sickly blue or very pale lavender for a bedroom.. it depends on what room you are discussion about. I would go to Home Depot or Lowe's & look at adjectives of the different colors in the paint dept. & see which seem to be the most comforting to you. Have fun! i don't know for a room, but i think the best calming color is a pink but i don't know what tone.
I grain it should be whatever pallette you think fits your persoality. be in motion to a paint store and look through the color swatches, get a real sense of how you quality when you look at the colors and make your choice on this. Personally, lilac or a pastel blue has other been my choice for calm..but everyone is different. Have fun beside it and choose for yourself. Dont let someone tell you or some "scientist" opt based on "results" Well, theoretically, pink, at smallest on initial exposure.

But really, it depends on the personage. For me, neatness is calming (perhaps because I see it so on the odd occasion!) regardless of the color.
Green is amazingly calming.so i orange I hear.I had an orange room once and it be very soothing for some reason. I would own to say that an olive green or a sky blue would be very soothing.

all right its scientifically proven that green is the most calming color for your eyes but in my feelings a nice shade of blue is also a calming color :) Light colors like sky blue, bedside light green, pink, lavender and yellow. But it also depends on the furnitiure you're puting in.
