I've got about 300 of them and I want them adjectives looking brand new and fantastically shiny for an art project!
What's the quickest way?
Go to the Bank and ask them for 6 rolls of brand new pennies. That is the quickest way.Turn contained by your old ones for the new ones. Try copper cleaner. There is no speedy way of doing this since you want all of them (300 pcs) to be shiny unless you purely want to clean one side, that will cut your time by 50%.
I remember when I be little my dad took a hug bowl and filled it only a short time bit with vinegar. He poured a jar of pennies in, put on Laytex gloves, and rubbed them near his fingers. They were good as untried.

You can also try bleach.
Answers:    I've hear that soaking them in Coca Cola works but I've never tried it.

This is the quickest and least expensive point to try. It might work beautifully.

DO NOT DROP THE IN MECURY. Mecury is very poisonous and messing around beside mercury is always a seriously bone head model. Say NO to mercury.

Copper cleaner would probably work but it's more expensive than a Coke. Try the Coke first. I've always heard it make pennies sparkling and shiny.

I don't think that the bank have rolls of all new pennies. The bank's rolls of pennies are lately regular pennies that they've collected during the day. Now, the mint in Denver might hold a roll of brand new pennies but the mint is not readily accessible to people who are doing an art project.
Dip them in mercury... That is if you don't come surrounded by contact with the stuff.
