Mine would have the following:
brick/housing tile (watever its called), or lately all tile... preferably suntan and light blue.. I don`t know yellow!
2 floors - 3 or 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, play room and a spacey deck at the support.
big backyard, with a correct tree for climbing.
a garage, that fits 2 cars.

i would want the horse-drawn carriage house to be fixed up nice enough for company/parties/gatherings...pool table, tv, fridge, sink, sofas...conceivably a bathroom
I want a front porch swing.
I want trees and gardens everywhere.
I want a spacious country like kitchen.
I want a laundry room on the 1st floor since mine is contained by the basement immediately.
I want 3 or 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor.
I want a fireplace in the house or living room and in the master bed room.
I want a backdoor surrounded by the kitchen to back porch next to overhang.
Like a dream!
