What to do? My mom spends alot of time in what we call...

My mom spends alot of time in what we call her 'office'. Where she sits she can see her thought in the door because the whole door is pretty much fanlight. So she asked me to do something with it(the door) so she didn't have to look at herself adjectives day. We used to have a big piece of weekly that my little cousin drew on but the paper was an monstrous brown color. I want to cover it up but i don't want it to be ugly. Any ideas?
I hold french doors with glass, and I enjoy little blinds on them that open and close. You could also get some lighting draperies. But, I really like the small blinds. Get a light shade that match the office. And, I guess they have small wooden blinds, if the others might shine. Check contained by your arts and crafts store. You should be able to find a plastic applique to stick to the glass. It might look similar to a stained glass window or a country scene.
you could take some metal and spray a secure type of material that acts close to a chalkboard over it (its a black spray). you can stick stuff to it and if you frame it on the door properly it looks pretty good and it can give your mom space to pin stuff up beside magnets. my mom did it to her office doors and she puts lot of stuff on it and it doesn't look that bad. your going to enjoy to get thin metal sheets and cut them but its worth it when your done. (do multiple layer of the spray and do it in a ventilated area) yes, you can catch window paper. its kinda similar to wallpaper for windows. argh!! i cant remember the name for it! My sister used it surrounded by her bathroom cuz it was sooooo tiny, she didnt want to put a curtain up, so she bought a roll of the stuff to put on the window so not a soul could see it, but it still let light contained by. It comes in different patterns and colors. Or you can seize a cork board and screw it in the door and she can use it to post notes. Corkboards can be bought at walmart or kmart
How about a pretty curtain...something she like. Or you could draw an even better picture that she's like to look at. curtain! or a photo/poster of something she likes.

How something like contact paper. You can get write-able quality newspaper that she can keep notes on, or in recent times pretty flowers. Buy the sticker that stick on glass to cover it. It is reusable and come with heaps designs. Lowe's has it.
Answers:    hi..own you tried glass paints? they are fantastic if you have plain chalice..
get a piece of paper and cut it to fit the cup in the door, put a design on this in pencil or pen, attach it to one side of the cup and use the glass paints to follow the pattern you created printed..i used to just paint straight onto the glass, but i own been doing this type of thing for years..
stir to your local craft shop, where they sell everything you entail for this project..you will never have to look at boring glass again..honest luck and have fun..
